Our team, which recently turned over similar work on <a href=\"https:\/\/plantconstruction.com\/projects\/the-gateway-vistaeast\/\">The Gateway Vista East<\/a> housing complex in San Francisco\u2019s North Waterfront neighborhood, will perform concrete and fiber-reinforced plastic (FRP) improvements, selective demolition, and build back of existing finishes. This will be Plant\u2019s second project with structural engineer Saiful Bouquet Structural Engineers, with whom we completed a seismic retrofit of the occupied, 30-story Fox Plaza Apartments, and one of many with Architectural Resources Group,\u00a0our design and historic preservation partner of nearly three decades.
