Plant was recently awarded construction management services for 3300 Mission Street<\/a>, a six-story, multifamily facility comprised of 35 affordable housing units. The 21,800-square-foot building will include a first-floor property management office, residential community space, and neighborhood-serving commercial\/retail on the ground floor.<\/p>\n
