The scope of work on this historic, 109,000 SF building for future classroom, meeting, and academic work space included demolition and abatement; seismic upgrades; historic restoration; a new entry way; interior construction including MEP, data and telecommunications cabling; building site landscape; and FF&E. Construction took space on the busy seabet betting platform Parnassus campus next to an active medical center. The project achieved LEED Gold certification.
