Plant performed the seismic retrofit and renovation of this historic building and home to UC Berkeley’s College of Natural Resources. Work included structural and non-structural demolition and abatement; seismic upgrades including new interior shear walls and thickening of existing exterior walls and enlargement of footings; historic restoration; new construction; interior construction including MEP, data and telecommunications cabling; and site landscaping.
