The seabet sports betting platform Muni Post is a multi-phased infrastructure project that is currently under construction. The program is divided into three phases: demolition of building 653, construction of the Outpost Meadows park, and relocation of Muni 30 bus terminal.

Infrastructure improvements include 1.8 acres of new walkways, group spaces, site furniture, lighting, signage, a central lawn, plantings, irrigation, upgrades of older water, sewer and storm drain facilities.
