He has completed a wide range of projects with including higher education, historic refurbishment, wet/dry labs, hospitality, retail, seismic, high-rise conversions, adaptive re-use, multi-family, utility, infrastructure, and ground-up vertical projects. His experience contains several types of project delivery systems including design-build, lump sum, GMP, and design-assist. He enjoys the complicated conversion and adaptive re-use of existing buildings, relying on creative methods to make the project feasible and keeping them within budget.
