A complete seabet sports betting platform and voluntary seismic upgrade as well as the expansion of the existing store floor plates and all new interior finishes throughout the 220,000 SF building. Plant also executed a number of extreme alterations such as: removing, relocating, and replacing multiple escalators; renovating four existing store entrances and adding a fifth entrance at the north elevation; and reconstructing all of the restrooms, all while the building and retail operations remained open to customers. As part of the project, the store interiors were completely re-configured and almost all finishes were replaced.
